Refund & Return Policy

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items, such as perishable goods, intimate items, or items marked as non-returnable, cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons.

Additionally, gift cards, downloadable software, and personalized/customized items are typically non-returnable.
